About the Origin
Sumatra, one of the biggest island in Indonesia is known for its rugged tropical terrain, wildlife and smoldering volcanoes. Moreover, Sumatra also known as best coffee producer in Indonesia. One of the most famous coffee from Sumatra is Aceh Gayo coffees. Located in northernmost region of Sumatra, Aceh Gayo always well known by their remarkable & delicate taste. Planted at an altitude 1650 metres above sea level, embedded along 400 hectares of plantation in Central Aceh.
This coffee is processed by natural sun dry process, the classic processing in coffee industry that will highlight the sweetness of the coffee. The red cherry was brought to the processing center and dried under the sun for about 21 days.
About the Name
Arundaya is taken from Sanskrit Language meaning sun rises which interpret the social life of people lived in Aceh. An indelible moment ordinarily experienced by most of the population there, especially for coffee farmers. Coffee farmers are very excited when it comes to crop season, they devoted their energy and time to pick the red cherries that they have been planted and cared really well. With this name, we brings the farmers’ spirit to your cups to be enjoyed for any occasions, either for your morning coffee, spirit enhancer right in the afternoon, or a relaxing time at night before you take a rest and continue your life ahead.
