Blanco Roastery is one of the business lines of PT Blanco Kopi Indonesia which is engaged in providing coffee services such as Coffee consultant, Cafe setup, and coffee supply including roasted bean and green bean. For more than five years in the coffee industry, we have worked closely with various clients such as cafes, coffee roastery, hotels, offices, catering, and others.
All of Blanco’s coffee is sourced from various coffee plantations and regions in Indonesia. We have been working directly with farmers for years and always develop the greatest beans and maintain the quality of the beans. Because we believe that to produce the best coffee taste needs collaboration on every line involved.

Thermal Maceration in wine-making processing is different from the protocol in coffee-processing where thermal or thermo is an addition “heat” injected to the object as a variable to create another spectrum taste in wine-making at the middle of processing, also some winery applies this ‘thermal’ as mandatory, while in coffee processing we apply it at a very beginning of a processing step.
